Debbie Godawski
Debbie Godawski comes to Project Transformation with a heart for ministry and a passion for servant leadership. As Director of Programming and Leadership Development, Debbie says she is most honored to have the opportunity to work with the young adult interns in developing their leadership abilities. She is continuously humbled and inspired by their drive, faith, and sense of adventure. Debbie also works closely with AmeriCorps regarding Project Transformation’s performance measures, data collection, and reporting. PT’s core values of relationships, servant leadership, and programming focusing on mind, body, and spirit summarize her role and focus at Project Transformation.
Debbie’s commitment to Project Transformation comes second only to her commitment to her faith and family. Her experience as a children’s religious education teacher and youth leader began her journey into ministry and to a deepened faith. Her husband and their two children are her pride and joy, always there for encouragement and support.
