Meredith Gross has worked with Project Transformation since 2007 in several capacities.  In 2007 she served as a summer intern at Wesley Rankin Community Center.  She served as a site coordinator at Pleasant Mound Urban Park UMC in the summer of 2008.  Meredith served as part of the summer staff in the 2010 and is excited to return as summer staff again this year!  A native Texan, Meredith grew up in Georgetown, but now calls Denton home.  She received her Bachelor of Arts and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Austin College.  Through Project Transformation, she has found an intersection where her passion for education and developing literacy is met by her passion for working with children and families in underserved communities.  She affirms that her life has been forever changed by the meaningful relationships she has made through Project Transformation, with children, peers, staff, churches, and the communities in which she has served.  She is very eager to greet another summer and once again become enthralled in the work that makes her heart feel whole.
